The Vistosi Medea Pendant, designed by Oriano Favaretto for the Medea range, is a sculptural ceiling pendant that pairs stepped translucent glass cylinders with a matt steel trim to create a considered interior light.

Its three-tiered cylindrical shade forms a stepped architectural silhouette that references Art Deco and industrial geometry. The pendant is offered in two appearance options — Smoke/Transparent and White/Shaded — and is suspended on a discreet single cable and supporting wire so the layered glass remains the visual focus.

The shade is made from translucent smoked glass with a matt steel circular band forming the lower ring; thin internal support wires are intentionally visible through the tinted glass as an industrial design detail that adds visual depth.

An integrated LED sits within the bottom metal ring, delivering direct downward light and an ambient glow refracted through the concentric shoulders. Technical specification indicates a 14W integrated LED (approx. 2000 lm at 2700K) with phase-cut dimming compatibility (DIM2). The fitting is rated IP20 for interior use.

Installation is via the single cable and supporting wire visible in the suspension; check dimmer compatibility for phase-cut systems when integrating with existing controls.
