Shipping Times

We generally fulfill orders directly from the manufacturer and as such shipping times can vary significantly between brands and even between products within a brand. We will always confirm shipping times within 1 working day of receiving your order. If you are not happy to wait for the goods you may cancel your order with no charge and will be refunded immediately.

Shipping Charges

Delivery charges depend on your location and on the contents of your shopping basket. Free shipping is available if you pass certain value thresholds, but these thresholds can change depending on courier rates and other factors.

The exact delivery charge will always be shown clearly on the checkout page before you confirm your order. You can also view the shipping cost in your basket—just use the drop-down menu in the ‘Order Summary’ section to select your country, and your total will update automatically.

Please note that shipping charges displayed during checkout, whether for domestic or international orders, are estimates. If the actual cost of shipping exceeds the amount shown, we may contact you to request an additional payment. Your order will only be processed once this extra charge is accepted and paid. If you prefer not to accept the additional charge, you’ll have the option to cancel the order for a full refund. We will only ever request the exact amount required to cover the cost of shipping. This applies to both general and trade customers.

If you don’t see your country listed at checkout, please get in touch with our customer support team, and we’ll help arrange an alternative shipping option.

For Trade Customers:
Trade-level customers benefit from significant discounts and are not eligible for free shipping. Shipping charges will be quoted via email after the order is placed, and you’ll have the option to cancel the order if the charges are not acceptable. Our policy is to pass on shipping costs at the same rate we incur.

For Customers Outside the UK and Ireland:
Unfortunately, free shipping is not available for international orders. After your order is placed, we will provide a shipping quote via email, and you’ll have the option to cancel if the charge is not agreeable. Again, we pass on shipping charges at cost.

Scottish Highlands and Offshore Islands:
These regions incur additional shipping fees due to higher costs from our delivery partners. You will receive a shipping quote via email after placing your order, with the option to cancel if the cost is not acceptable.
