The Vibia Flat Floor Lamp, designed by Ichiro Iwasaki for the Flat range, is a considered hybrid piece that combines a multi-tiered table surface with integrated lighting. Its stacked circular planes and slender, asymmetric frame give it a sculptural profile while providing both ambience and task illumination.

The design uses three circular tiers rising from a flat, circular base: a top disc, a large central white shelf and a small accessory lamp head on the shelf. The composition is intentionally asymmetric, with slender vertical supports offset from the disc centres to create visual balance and usable horizontal surfaces.

Construction is grounded in matte-finished metal for the frame and base, with the horizontal surfaces finished in painted metal or a durable composite. The palette pairs neutral dark tones with a soft white shelf and a muted sage/grey-green accent, emphasising contemporary interiors and tactile contrast.

Light sources are integrated into the form: a downward-facing light under the top disc illuminates the central shelf, while a small circular lamp on the shelf provides localised task light. The arrangement delivers ambient light for a room while allowing precise, low-level illumination for reading or display.
