The Tom Dixon Beat Pendant is a large ceiling pendant from the Beat range by Tom Dixon. Its architectural profile and textured interior create a strong design presence suitable for use above dining tables, kitchen islands or seating areas where generous downward light is needed.

The shade presents a wide, shallow conical form with a tapered apex and a short vertical rim. The fitting is shown in a smooth matte black exterior and a hammered, gold-toned interior; it is also available in White.

Made from hand-spun brass and finished by artisan craftsmen in Northern India, the beaten interior is re-purposed to refract and reflect a soft, warm luminosity. The traditional shaping process is part of the product's craft-led character.

As a downward-facing pendant, the Beat provides broad distribution of light to the area below. The dimpled gold interior acts as a reflector, softening and warming the light to reduce glare while promoting a balanced ambience for task or ambient use.
