The lamp’s form is a vertical stack: a glossy white-and-grey marbled ceramic ball sits below a transparent glass globe, linked by a cylindrical brass stem and set on a circular tiered base with a black steel lower layer and a brass top plate. The Zapp is offered in four metal finishes — Antique Brass, Antique Silver, Satin Brass and Polished Brass — with glass available in clear or smoked options.

Materials are genuine and tactile: glazed, handcrafted ceramic for the lower sphere, transparent glass for the shade, and metal components finished in satin brass (or the selected metal finish).
