The Mullan Lighting Nicosa Ceiling Light is a flush-mounted ceiling fitting from the Nicosa range, finished with a shallow, bowl-shaped Holophane-style glass shade. Its form is intended to provide even, ambient illumination for small rooms and circulation spaces where a low-profile ceiling fitting is required.

The glass is ribbed with radial fluting and a gently flared rim, a detail that catches the eye while helping to scatter light. The fitting is offered in a wide range of metal finishes to suit contemporary and traditional schemes.

Construction combines a textured glass bowl with a central metal finial and mounting cap. The metalwork is finished in a darker, aged tone on the examples shown and the finial serves as the mechanical fastener that secures the glass to the ceiling plate.

The ribbed glass acts as a diffuser, refracting and spreading light to create balanced, low-glare ambient illumination. Internal light sources are arranged for symmetrical light distribution; bulbs are sold separately.
