The Mullan Lighting Alma Pendant is a ceiling pendant from the Alma range by Mullan Lighting. This metal pendant is designed for indoor use and delivers focused downward illumination ideal for kitchens, dining areas and living rooms.

The pendant has a wide, shallow dome-shaped shade finished in smooth matte black with a reflective warm copper interior. The shade flows into a tiered conical neck featuring rectangular cut-outs, a considered architectural detail that allows a small amount of lateral light to escape.

Constructed from metal, the fitting is suspended by a single, slender black cable and presents a clear contrast between its dark exterior and glowing copper lining. The E27 bulb base is accessible through the neck aperture and the design is honest about its materials and form.

The copper-lined interior is intended to warm and enrich the light output while the broad shade provides a wide spread of downward light, making the pendant suitable as task or ambient lighting over a table or island. The fitting accepts a standard E27 screw-in bulb; filament-style bulbs are compatible and the pendant will work with dimmable bulbs when used with an appropriate dimmer and bulb.
