The Foscarini Caboche Ceiling Lamp, designed by Eliana Gerotto and Patricia Urquiola, is a surface-mounted ceiling light that reads like a piece of jewellery. Its distinctive, torus-like form and crystalline appearance are central to the Caboche range and suited to considered interior schemes.

The design places concentric rows of clear, transparent spheres around a central opening to create a sparkling, multifaceted effect. The fixture achieves a near-total transparency where the supporting structure is minimised so the spheres appear to float.

Construction combines PMMA spheres applied to clear polycarbonate arches with a satin-finish PMMA diffuser at the inner ring. The lamp body is completed with a powder-coated steel core and a purpose-designed LED light assembly specified by Foscarini for this range.
