Flos Tab Table Lamp is a compact table lamp from the Tab range by Flos, designed by Edward Barber and Jay Osgerby. The lamp’s folded-plate shade and slim architectural silhouette make it a focused choice for desk or side-table task lighting.

The design uses a slender vertical stem, a wide circular base and a horizontal folded shade that directs light downwards. It is offered in multiple finishes: Matt Dark Green, Glossy Black, Matt Blue and Glossy White.

Constructed in painted pressofused aluminium, the lamp combines a stable flat base with a T-shaped junction and a discreet vertical fin that acts as a handle for adjustment. The light source sits recessed within the folded shade to reduce glare.

Light is delivered through a multi-LED diffuser moulded in specially designed PMMA to avoid the Multi Shadow effect and reduce dazzle. The head rotates approximately ±90° on a horizontal axis, providing controlled, direct illumination suitable for reading and close tasks. The specification provided includes a 9W LED source rated 347 lm at 2700K (CRI > 80) and an electronic 24V supply.

Installation notes: the product is supplied with a black plug assembly kit and a 24V driver. The LED light source is replaceable only by a professional. The lamp is rated IP20 and intended for indoor use. A two-year manufacturer warranty applies.
