The Flos Tab Floor Lamp is a floor-standing luminaire from Flos, designed by Edward Barber and Jay Osgerby. The Tab range is recognisable for its pared-back, architectural language; this model provides direct, task-oriented light from a slender profile in painted pressofused aluminium.

Its form balances a thin cylindrical stem with a folded, angular head that reads like a horizontal "V" or open book. The lamp is offered in Matt Dark Green, Glossy Black, Matt Blue and Glossy White, allowing the piece to either recede into a scheme or act as a controlled accent.

Construction is honest and precise: a painted aluminium body with a flat circular base and a clean T-shaped junction where head meets stem. The head houses a multi-led PMMA diffuser engineered to avoid the multi-shadow effect and reduce dazzle, while a pivot at the junction permits user adjustment.

Light comes from an integrated LED module specified at 9W, 347 lm, 2700K with CRI >90 and is driven via an electronic 24V supply. The head delivers focused, direct illumination from beneath the folded plate and rotates ±90° to aim light for reading or task work.
