The Flos Clara Ceiling/Wall Light by Piero Lissoni is a surface-mounted fixture designed for ceiling and wall use. Its disc-like, low-profile form provides even, diffused ambient illumination suitable for general lighting in living spaces, circulation and bedrooms.

Clara's design is deliberately minimal: a smooth, circular face with no visible front fixings and an extremely shallow projection for a discreet, integrated appearance. For decorative contrast there is an optional accessory ring available in chrome, copper, black fumée and transparent finishes.

Both the front diffuser and the main body are produced in injection-moulded polycarbonate. The opal diffuser is engineered to soften output and reduce glare, while the matte surface preserves a calm, uniform finish that sits quietly within a scheme.

The fitting uses a dimmable LED light source driven directly from the mains (220–230 V AC) without an external transformer. Typical performance data: 57W, 3141 lm at 2700K; the product is classified under energy label F and the LED is replaceable only by a professional technician. The large translucent face is intended to distribute light evenly and avoid hotspots.

Installation is straightforward for flat surfaces thanks to its flush-mount design; the product carries an IP40 rating and is therefore intended for indoor, dry-zone applications only. No external power supply or transformer is required. A two-year manufacturer warranty covers the fitting.
