Flos IC Lights S1 Pendant, designed by Michael Anastassiades for the IC range, pairs a simple geometric frame with a large blown opal glass diffuser. The result is an architectural suspension light that reads as a sculptural object while delivering even ambient illumination.

The design is defined by a vertical rod that bends into a diagonal arm, creating an off‑centre balance where the opal globe appears to rest on the frame. The IC Lights S1 is offered in Brushed Brass, Chrome and Black finishes to suit a range of interior schemes.

The globe is hand‑blown opal glass, chosen to produce a soft, glare‑free glow and a uniform field of light. The metal frame is finished to match selected options and presents a restrained, monochrome pairing when in Black.

The pendant is supplied without lamps and uses an E14 lamp holder; the diffuser and globe are intended to soften and diffuse the chosen lamp’s output for ambient use. The suspension cable allows for height adjustment during installation, enabling the fixture to be positioned for the right scale and sightlines.

Technical notes: this IC pendant is rated IP20 for interior use and carries a 2‑year manufacturer’s warranty. Lamps are not included; compatible E14 lamps (including the manufacturer’s recommended T28 options) should be specified separately.
