Flos Coordinates Pendant System is a modular pendant lighting system designed by Michael Anastassiades. The system creates sculptural, architectural ambient light through a three‑dimensional grid of horizontal and vertical luminaires and is suitable for decorative and general illumination in interiors.

The design balances strict geometry with a pared‑down aesthetic: extruded cylindrical rods intersect to form a floating grid. The system is configurable for bespoke layouts and is also offered as four standard hanging models (S1, S2, S3, S4) plus the repeatable S Module for larger compositions.

Each element is constructed from extruded anodised aluminium with a champagne‑coloured finish and fitted with a platinum optical silicone diffuser that houses integrated LED strips. The fittings are suspended on thin cables and joined by concealed mechanical and electrical connections for a seamless appearance.

Light is delivered by high‑performance integrated LEDs with a high colour rendering quality (CRI>95). Typical module performance is 64W producing around 3850lm at 2700K. The system is supplied with a ceiling rose containing the electronics and is rated IP20 for interior use.

The ceiling rose includes integrated electronics compatible with push, 1‑10V and DALI dimming; a push system can also be used at installation to set output where external dimmers are absent. A Cl III version for remote power supply and an optional 48Vdc 180W power supply (RF29209) are available. Replaceable LED modules must be serviced by a professional. The product is covered by a 2‑year manufacturer warranty.

The integrated ceiling rose supports push, 110V and DALI dimming. A push system is provided to set output if external dimmers are not used.

Is the LED light source replaceable?

Yes. The product uses integrated LED modules (typical spec 64W, 3850lm, 2700K, CRI>95) that are replaceable by a qualified professional.

Which finishes and configurations are available?

The system is formed from champagnefinished anodised aluminium with platinum optical silicone diffusers. It is modular and supplied as standard S1S4 hanging models plus the repeatable S Module for custom grids.

Can this fitting be used in bathrooms or outdoors?

No. Coordinates is rated IP20 and is intended for interior spaces only.

Are there alternative power options for large installations?

Yes. A Cl III version for remote power supply is available and an optional 48Vdc 180W external power supply (RF29209) can be specified for larger compositions.
