The Flos Coordinates Suspension 1 Pendant, designed by Michael Anastassiades for the Coordinates range, is a minimalist suspension lamp in champagne-anodised extruded aluminium that provides diffuse interior illumination. The model is conceived as a linear, architectural fixture suited to contemporary living rooms, dining areas and considered commercial spaces where calm, balanced ambience is required.

The design uses a precise orthogonal language: a long vertical rod crossed by two shorter horizontal rods to form an asymmetrical, grid-like composition. The intersecting elements and thin suspension cables give a lightweight, sculptural presence while maintaining visual clarity and balance.

Construction is engineered from extruded anodised aluminium with a champagne finish and platinum optical silicone diffusers that run along the horizontal bars. Discrete mechanical and electrical connections preserve a seamless aesthetic and the unit is supplied with a matching cylindrical ceiling rose.

Light is delivered by integrated LED strips specified at 37W producing approximately 1,920lm at a warm 2,700K with CRI > 95. The platinum optical silicone diffusers produce a multi-directional, diffuse spread, creating warm ambience with controlled shadow and good colour rendering for interiors.

Installation notes: the fixture is suspended on two thin cables and is supplied with a ceiling rose whose integrated electronics support Push dimming, 1–10V and DALI systems; a Push setting is included for basic adjustment where dedicated controls are not present. A Class III version is offered for installations requiring a remote power supply. The product carries a two-year manufacturer warranty and is rated IP20 for indoor use.
