The Elstead Welland Flush Ceiling Light is a low-profile surface-mounted fitting from Elstead's Welland range, designed for general indoor and bathroom illumination. Its tiered disc form and slim 40mm profile make it especially appropriate where ceiling height is limited or a discreet architectural presence is required.

Visually the fitting combines an industrial-inspired stepped metal trim with a flat central diffuser to create a restrained, decorative silhouette. The unit measures 361mm in diameter and retains a compact, unobtrusive presence when installed flush to the ceiling.

Construction is steel for the outer housing with a white translucent polycarbonate diffuser that softens and spreads light evenly. Small knurled screws secure the rim and diffuser, and the stepped concentric rings form a considered architectural detail rather than a purely functional cover.
