The Elstead Lemuria 2-Light Medium Pendant, designed by Karyl Pierce Paxton, is a medium interior pendant light that references classical Grecian motifs. The Lemuria range pairs a decorative metal cage with a soft textile shade to deliver considered ambient illumination.

The fixture is formed as a cylindrical drum suspended from a circular canopy by a rigid rod. The metal band features a repeating Grecian key (meander) motif in a textured Distressed Gold finish, while the inner liner is an ivory white linen shade behind the patterned cutouts.

Construction combines a pierced metal frame with an internal linen shade and a flat opal diffuser at the base. The textured gold frame contrasts with the smooth textile and opal surfaces, giving a layered, tactile appearance.

Light is delivered both through the patterned side band and downwards via the opal diffuser. The pendant accommodates two lamps to create a warm, balanced ambient glow; the linen shade and opal plate soften and reduce direct glare.
