Dar Ray 1 Light Pendant

The Dar Ray 1 Light Pendant is a single-light ceiling pendant from Dar's Ray range. The design pairs a clear conical glass shade with knurled antique brass detailing and a matte black canopy to provide both decorative and downward ambient light.

The pendant's form is deliberately simple: a wide, tapered glass shade that showcases the internal lamp, a tactile knurled brass lamp holder and a contrasting matte black ring and canopy. The fitting is supplied with a black suspension cable and the drop is adjustable at installation to suit the space.

Construction is a mix of clear glass and metalwork. The visible lamp holder has an antique brass finish and the canopy and top ring are matte black. The fixture is supplied with a black cable and the single pendant is supplied with one metre of cable for adjustment on-site.

The Ray pendant accepts a standard E27 (ES GLS) lamp up to 40W; lamps are not included. The clear shade is designed to show the bulb, making decorative filament or LED filament lamps an intentional part of the aesthetic. The fitting is dimmable when used with a suitable dimmable lamp and compatible dimmer.

At installation the pendant can be shortened to a minimum drop and extended to a maximum drop to a practical limit of 127cm. The cable is black and the product is double insulated, allowing installation where no earth conductor is present; your electrician should ensure overall circuit earthing is maintained. The bulb shown in images is for demonstration and is not included. Warranty is two years standard, extended to five years with online registration.
