The Astro Tate Wall Light is a decorative wall sconce from the Tate range by Astro. Designed for ambient and accent illumination, this wall-mounted fitting gives a considered, architectural presence while remaining compact in depth.

The design pairs two staggered, vertical rectangular metal bars with a shallow, semi‑cylindrical fabric shade that sits flush to the wall. The metalwork is supplied in a bronze appearance and the combination of geometric backplate and soft shade creates a modern, layered silhouette.

Construction is primarily metal with a separately supplied textured fabric shade; the pictured shade is a light taupe greige with a visible horizontal weave. The fitting is deliberately slim in profile to minimise projection from the wall while retaining a wide light distribution.

An internal light source sits behind the shade to soften output and remove direct glare. Open top and bottom edges allow light to wash both upwards and downwards across the wall, making the Tate ideal for corridors, living rooms and bedroom feature walls where balanced accent illumination is required.

This fitting is for hardwired wall installation and carries an IP20 rating for internal use. Please note shades are sold separately; the product is supplied as the wall-mounted metal fitting only. Astro provides a 3 year warranty on the product.
