STORY

The Visual Comfort Talia Wall Sconce, designed by Julie Neill for the Talia range, is a decorative wall-mounted light that combines clear, swirled glass orbs with a polished metal core to create interior ambient and accent illumination.

The design forms a roughly spherical, multi-dimensional cluster of glass spheres in varying sizes. Each orb carries a pronounced spiral texture; the series is offered in Burnished Silver Leaf and Gild finishes and is available in Medium and Large sizes.

Constructed from glass and metal, the fixture uses small metal clips or baskets to secure each sphere to a central support. A polished, warm-toned metal frame sits behind the translucent orbs, giving the fitting a refined, handcrafted appearance.

The light source sits centrally within the cluster so the textured glass refracts and scatters light, producing shimmering, multifaceted effects on the surrounding wall. This behaviour makes the sconce well suited to atmospheric ambient or accent roles rather than directed task lighting.
