STORY

The Visual Comfort Summerhill Pendant by Chapman & Myers is a decorative ceiling pendant that blends a traditional basket silhouette with contemporary satin‑gold metal accents. It is crafted as an indoor pendant light and is intended to provide ambient, decorative illumination.

The design shows an empire‑style form with a wide horizontal metal band, a tapered upper section and a rounded, bowl‑like lower profile. The shade is formed from dense vertical rows of clear spherical beads; the range is offered in two sizes, Small and Medium.

Construction combines gold‑finished metal hardware with numerous clear crystal beads arranged as flowing strands from the metal base to a metal edging termination that forms the dome‑shaped bottom. A decorative metal loop and tiered finial sit at the top of the shade and connect to the suspension chain.

The beaded shade acts as a translucent diffuser, producing a shimmering ambient light that balances sparkle with soft shadow — suitable for hallways, dining areas and living rooms where decorative presence matters. The fitting is rated IP20, for interior use only.

The pendant is supplied with a chain and circular ceiling canopy that allows height adjustment at installation. The product carries a one‑year manufacturer warranty; for display or specification assistance, please call for assistance.
