STORY

Visual Comfort Stratos 30 Chandelier is a ceiling-mounted ambient light by Sean Lavin for the Stratos range. The design pairs a traditional drum silhouette with an architectural arrangement of rectangular glass panels, intended for indoor, decorative illumination.

The fixture’s form is defined by two staggered tiers of vertical frosted glass panels that create a textured, three-dimensional drum. It is offered in Black and Satin Nickel finishes to suit contemporary and transitional interiors.

Construction combines metal and glass: a circular metal canopy and metal fastenings in a satin nickel finish support the layered translucent glass panels. Small metal pins secure the panels to the internal frame, giving a considered, crafted appearance.

The layered frosted panels are designed to diffuse light evenly, producing a soft ambient glow suitable for living rooms, dining areas or hotel lobbies. The product carries a CRI of 90 and an IP20 rating for indoor use.

Installation uses a circular ceiling canopy and a three-point suspension comprising two thin structural cables plus a central electrical cord; the drop is adjustable at installation.
