STORY

Visual Comfort Signoret Large Chandelier by Thomas O'Brien is a multi-arm suspended pendant from the Signoret range. The sculptural fixture combines a linear, architectural framework with a mid-century modern character and is intended for interior decorative lighting where a bold, balanced statement is required.

The design uses three staggered horizontal arms attached to a central vertical stem, creating a tiered layout that distributes light across a broad horizontal plane. The fixture is finished in brushed brass with matte black conical shades and presents a high-contrast, minimalist silhouette.

Constructed predominantly from metal, the chandelier is formed from thin cylindrical tubing with tapered decorative sleeves at arm connections — a detailing cue that reinforces its handcrafted appearance. The sculptural, spindly framework gives the fitting an architectural presence while remaining visually lightweight.

Each of the six opaque, trumpet-shaped shades directs light downwards for focused illumination rather than broad diffusion, making the chandelier suitable for over dining tables, entrance halls or large living spaces where downward task-oriented light is desirable. The rigid downrod provides a fixed mounting height from the canopy.
