STORY

The Visual Comfort Orbet 36 Chandelier by Sean Lavin is a large circular ceiling chandelier in the Orbet range. Constructed from metal and glass, it is designed to provide ambient decorative illumination for interior spaces and carries an IP20 rating for indoor use.

The design arranges thirty-six frosted white glass spheres around a continuous metal ring, creating a beaded, jewellery-like silhouette. The fixture is suspended from a flat circular canopy by three thin cables with a smaller secondary ring midway to manage the spread of the supports. Available finishes include Nightshade Black, Natural Brass and Polished Nickel.

The structural components are metal while the spherical diffusers are frosted glass. Small cylindrical metal spacers separate each sphere and the chosen finish provides a strong contrast between the luminous glass and the frame.
