STORY

The Visual Comfort Nodes Pivot Sconce is a decorative wall sconce from the Nodes range, designed by Kelly Wearstler. The fixture pairs a milk glass globe with a flat metal disc and a vertical rod to create a striking, sculptural profile for indoor residential or commercial interiors.

Its form balances a spherical diffuser against a circular metal plane to produce a considered node aesthetic. The sconce is available in Burnished Brass and Midnight Black finishes, and the family allows the disc to be used or omitted depending on your scheme.

Metal construction and a cast circular canopy form the structural spine of the design. The globe is smooth milk glass that sits beneath a horizontal disc, and the metal components exhibit a brushed brass appearance in the Burnished Brass option or a dark powder finish in Midnight Black.

The milk glass globe evenly disperses light to reduce glare and create a soft ambient wash, making the sconce suitable for hallways, living rooms and feature walls. With an integrated, inward light source housed in the globe, the result is balanced illumination rather than a task beam.

Pivot sconces can be supplied for hardwired installation and this design includes a circular canopy for secure wall mounting; the family also offers a cord-and-plug option for pivot variants.
