STORY

The Visual Comfort Mollino Tiered Chandelier, designed by Aerin Lauder, is a tiered pendant chandelier that pairs white plaster disc shades with metalwork in a hand-rubbed antique brass finish. The Mollino Large Tiered Chandelier presents a clean, modern silhouette formed from a pair of nested saucer-like tiers for overhead interior illumination.

The design features a wide, shallow upper shade with a smaller matching lower shade nested beneath, supported by three thin metal rods that extend from a central hub to the rim. The chandelier is offered in Bronze, Hand-Rubbed Antique Brass and Polished Nickel, and is available in Medium and Large sizes to suit different ceiling heights.

Shades are made from plaster with a smooth, matte surface that contrasts with the aged metalwork; the structural components are metal, including a heavy-duty link chain, ceiling canopy and tripod-style support rods. The chain suspension and circular canopy provide a balanced, geometric appearance and durability in the fitting's construction.

The tiered arrangement is configured to diffuse light, giving a softened ambient glow through the gaps between the plaster discs and creating considered shadow and atmosphere beneath the fitting. The product is rated IP20, specifying suitability for interior spaces rather than wet or external locations.

Installation accommodates adjustable hanging heights via the metal link chain and the canopy mounts to a standard ceiling electrical box. The manufacturer provides a 1 year warranty; please check technical specifications for lamp type and dimming compatibility prior to installation.
