STORY

Visual Comfort Melange Pendant, designed by Kelly Wearstler, pairs carved alabaster with a refined metal frame to create a considered ceiling pendant for kitchens, bathrooms and dining rooms. The series blends organic stone and streamlined metalwork to produce a calm, modern ambience that reads equally at a dining table or over an island.

The pendant has a long, slender vertical profile and an airy rectangular open frame with a floating central column and a circular ceiling canopy connected by a thin downrod. Available finishes include Polished Nickel, Bronze and Antique-Burnished Brass, and the fixed downrod suits standard to high ceiling heights.

Shades are carved from natural alabaster set within a metal structure. Alabaster is a natural stone and variations in veining and tone are expected, giving each fitting a unique character. The fitting weighs 2.7 kg and is built with a round 17.8 cm canopy.

Light is delivered by a dedicated integrated LED (4W, 400 lm) mounted in a circular disc at the base of the frame and covered by a translucent diffuser for a warm, even glow. The design directs light downwards, making it useful for task or accent illumination over tables and counters while allowing gentle light to wash nearby surfaces.

Key dimensions: overall height 134.0 cm, fixture height 45.7 cm, minimum custom height 61.0 cm, width 12.7 cm. The fitting is IP20 and Class I. Custom height options are available; for bespoke lengths or specific installation needs please contact our sales team for guidance.
