STORY

The Visual Comfort Laken Articulating Wall Light, designed by Amber Lewis, pairs hand-rubbed antique brass with natural rattan and is intended for adjustable task and accent lighting in interior spaces.

Its refined silhouette combines a conical white shade with a long, slender articulating arm that extends from a rectangular wall mounting plate. A decorative knot detail at the pivot and the rattan-wrapped horizontal arm introduce subtle texture against the smooth metalwork.

The body is metal with a hand-rubbed antique brass finish and natural rattan wrapping on the horizontal arm, reflecting considered craft and material contrast between metal and organic fibre.

Articulating joints allow the arm to swing horizontally and the shade to tilt, providing directed light for reading or accenting a feature. The conical shade focuses illumination to create balanced task or accent light in bedrooms, living rooms and kitchens.

Designed for interior use (IP20), the fitting includes a small manual toggle switch on the lower part of the wall plate for local control, and the vertical support rod allows slight height adjustment of the arm assembly. A 1 year manufacturer warranty is supplied; consult the technical specification for lamp type and dimming compatibility.
