STORY

The Visual Comfort Fontaine Chandelier, designed by Aerin Lauder, is a tiered ceiling light that mixes mid-century influences with contemporary clean lines. The sculpted metal frame and conical linen shades create an elegant centrepiece suitable for living and dining spaces.

Its offset, multi-tiered arm arrangement produces a dynamic, asymmetric silhouette while the horizontal arms of varying lengths and heights give the fixture a sense of movement. The collection is offered in Aged Iron, Gilded Plaster and Plaster White finishes to suit a range of interiors.

Constructed from metal with a dark aged iron option and tall, tapered off-white linen shades, the chandelier pairs slim metalwork with soft textile diffusers. The linen shades soften light and reinforce the long, refined profile of the design.

The eight light points, each housed within a conical linen shade, are intended to deliver warm, evenly diffused ambient illumination with reduced glare. As a multi-directional ceiling fitting it functions as both a decorative centrepiece and a source of general room light.

The chandelier is suspended from a circular ceiling canopy by a matching chain; the hanging chain allows the overall height to be adjusted at installation. Note the fitting is rated IP20 and therefore intended for indoor use in dry zones.
