STORY

Visual Comfort Covet Low Clip Solitaire Flush Mount is a square flush-mounted ceiling light designed by Kelly Wearstler for the Covet range by Visual Comfort. The design pairs a solid alabaster block diffuser with substantial metal clips to provide considered, diffused ambient illumination for interiors.

The minimalist, geometric form places a thick, square alabaster block over a flat metal base; two wide L-shaped metal clips wrap the edges in the low clip Solitaire language. This model is offered in Antique-Burnished Brass, Bronze and Polished Nickel finishes to suit a range of schemes.

The diffuser is carved from natural alabaster so each piece shows unique veining and subtle variations in opacity. Metal components secure the stone and present a brushed, living finish on selected variants, emphasising the material contrast between the organic stone and structured metalwork.

The thick alabaster stone acts as a natural filter, softening the internal light source to create a warm, even glow that reduces glare and balances shadow. The low-profile form is intended for flush installation to ceilings or walls in dry interior spaces; the fitting carries an IP20 rating.
