STORY

The Visual Comfort Covet Bracketed Bath Light, designed by Kelly Wearstler for Visual Comfort, is a wall-mounted bathroom sconce that pairs an elongated alabaster diffuser with a slim metal bracket to deliver soft, diffused ambient illumination.

The fixture uses a minimalist bracketed approach where L-shaped metal brackets at the top and bottom frame a tall, narrow block of translucent alabaster. It is offered in Antique-Burnished Brass, Bronze and Polished Nickel finishes, and comes in Large and Small sizes to suit different scales.

Construction combines a solid metal frame and a natural alabaster diffuser. The alabaster is translucent white with subtle grey and cream veining, so each diffuser will show unique colour and texture variations consistent with natural stone. A slim rectangular backplate allows the fitting to sit flush to the wall.

The solid alabaster block conceals the internal light source and softens the light output, producing even ambient illumination appropriate for bathrooms and circulation spaces. The fitting is rated IP22, making it suitable for bathroom zones away from direct water spray.

Installation is by flush mounting to the integrated backplate; the fitting is designed to be secured to the wall and held by its bracketed hardware. The manufacturer provides a 1 year warranty. Please ensure installation and wiring are completed by a qualified electrician.
