STORY

The Visual Comfort Collier Pendant, designed by Sean Lavin, is a vertical linear ceiling pendant from the Collier range that pairs stacked carved stone elements with metal hardware for decorative ambient lighting in high‑ceiling interiors.

The design is an elongated vertical structure composed of eighteen stacked, faceted segments, creating a jewellery‑inspired, rhythmic silhouette. The pendant is offered in Hand‑Rubbed Antique Brass and Polished Nickel finishes and is available with 2700K or 3000K colour temperatures.

Each segment is carved from translucent stone with natural brown and tan veining across a creamy off‑white base, and sits between polished metal connections. The pictured tone shows the Polished Nickel option; the stone’s drum‑shaped, faceted planes ensure subtle material variation so every installation feels unique.

An internal light source is diffused through the carved stone to produce soft, decorative ambient light; the fitting has a high colour rendering index (CRI 90) to preserve tonal warmth. The pendant’s tall, narrow profile is intended for generous ceiling heights and layered lighting schemes. The product carries an IP20 rating and is intended for indoor, dry areas only.
