STORY

The Visual Comfort Caselli Chandelier, designed by Julie Neill, is a tiered ceiling fitting formed from multiple horizontal layers of clear glass elements arranged in an inverted pyramid silhouette. It is intended as a decorative central ceiling light that provides ambient, multi-directional illumination for interior spaces.

Its form is organised into tapering tiers of individual bulbous 'onion' glass shades with vertical ribbed textures, creating a textured, organic silhouette. The dense, overlapping arrangement of glass gives the chandelier a transitional character that pairs traditional proportions with contemporary fluted detail.

Construction combines a metal framework, a heavy-link suspension chain and a circular ceiling canopy finished in a satin gold tone. The diffusers themselves are numerous individual clear glass pieces with a vertical flute, contributing both visual and light-modulating interest.
