STORY

The Visual Comfort Alina Wall Sconce, designed by Aerin Lauder for the Alina range, is a decorative interior wall light that pairs sculptural form with purposeful ambient illumination. The piece is recognisably Art Deco in influence, with a dramatic trumpeted top that tapers to an elongated, needle-like tail.

The design emphasises a smooth, continuous profile and is offered in three finishes: Bronze, Polished Nickel and Hand-Rubbed Antique Brass. Its vertical orientation and refined silhouette make it suitable as a paired or repeated element along corridors, over bedsides or to punctuate a living space.

Constructed in metal with a dark, satin-like metallic appearance, the Alina sconce presents clean, seamless curves and subtle brushed highlights. The flat rear section is designed to sit flush to a wall, preserving the fitting's streamlined presence.

The light source is concealed behind the wide upper section of the metal form, directing soft ambient illumination up and towards the wall to create a refined glow and gentle reflected ambience. The fixture functions primarily as an ambient wall light and acts as a sculptural accent in considered interiors.
