Vistosi Giogali Wall Light

The Vistosi Giogali Wall Light, designed by Angelo Mangiarotti, is a decorative wall light that marries chandelier references with a contemporary, sculptural silhouette. Its vertically oriented, slightly tapered form reads as a jewel-like drape on the wall and is intended to deliver ambient illumination while acting as a sculptural feature.

The design uses a chain-link motif made from interlocking glass loops suspended in multiple tiers to create depth and layered texture. The fitting is offered in a wide range of glass and metal finishes to suit both classic and contemporary interiors.

Constructed from smooth, transparent glass links the assembly allows high light transmission and refraction; a polished, silver-toned metal plate provides the wall mounting at the top of the piece. The suspended glass links form a fluid, jewellery-like cascade that emphasises the vertical axis.

An internal light source is housed behind the glass links so the whole assembly glows when illuminated; the curved glass surfaces refract light to produce radial beams and soft shadows across the surrounding wall.
