Tala Alumina Pendant

The Tala Alumina Pendant is a ceiling pendant from the Alumina range by Tala. This metal pendant is designed to be suspended from the ceiling and houses a standard E27 bulb; the example shown is finished in a Chalk matte that suits contemporary interiors.

Its form is a tall, uniform cylinder with flat top and bottom, a restrained geometric silhouette that removes ornament to emphasise material and proportion. A braided fabric suspension cord in a light grey and white melange rises from the centre of the top, adding subtle texture to the monochromatic palette.

The body is metal with a fine‑grained, matte Chalk surface that reduces reflections and provides a soft, even appearance in ambient light. The braided fabric cord serves both as the suspension and the electrical feed, and its light tone complements the Chalk finish.

The pendant accepts a standard E27 lamp and functions as a decorative, single‑source ceiling light; it suits schemes where a focused or decorative bulb is desired and pairs well with complementary shades such as Tala’s Sphere range. With an IP20 rating it is intended for dry, internal spaces rather than bathrooms or outdoor locations.

Bulb is not included. The pendant is a mains E27 socket assembly; no external driver or transformer is required. A manufacturer warranty of 2–3 years is quoted for this range.
