Masiero Ola Olà Round Suspension

Masiero Ola Olà Round Suspension is a large-format decorative pendant designed by Fly Design Studio for the Olà range. The piece pairs a clean, shallow cylindrical metal drum with a dense fringe of small, translucent discs to create a refined, jewel-like statement for interior spaces.

The drum presents as a minimalist cylinder that conceals the light source, while an irregular cluster of overlapping glass or crystal discs hangs from the inner rim to catch and fragment the light. The Olà Round is offered in a wide range of finishes to suit considered interior schemes.

Craft cues include a matt metal shade and matching circular ceiling canopy, with the decorative discs available in multi-toned warm hues such as amber, smoky gold, amethyst and clear. The contrast between the solid drum and textured disc fringe is central to the design intent.

The internal light source is shielded by the opaque drum, directing light primarily downwards where it filters through the glass discs to provide ambient, decorative illumination. This makes the pendant suitable as a central ambient feature in living rooms, dining areas and reception spaces.

Installation uses three thin, adjustable suspension cables that converge at a coordinated ceiling rose to maintain horizontal balance. The fitting has an IP20 rating for interior use.
