The LMK-5T-DV-B accepts 220240 V~ 50/60 Hz mains and provides a 010 V output rated to 60 mA.

It mounts to an electrical junction box through a 1/2" knockout and fixes with screws using its side mounting tabs; wiring is via the supplied multiconductor harness.

No. The unit is a control module for 010 V fluorescent ballasts or LED drivers; compatible drivers/ballasts and lamps are supplied separately.
