The Graypants Scraplights Pendant is a handcrafted pendant from Graypants’ Scraplights range, formed from layered recycled cardboard to deliver warm, intimate and functional interior lighting. Its sculptural silhouette is designed to provide both ambient presence and a focused downlight for surfaces beneath.

The Hive-inspired shade has an organic, teardrop-like form that tapers at the top and opens to a large circular aperture at the base. It is offered in Natural and White appearance options and is available in multiple size variants.

The shade is precision laser-cut from recycled corrugated cardboard and assembled by hand using non-toxic adhesive. Edges show the characteristic dark mark of laser cutting and the surface is tactile and ridged, revealing the internal fluting of the material; all Scraplights are treated with a non-toxic fire retardant.

The open bottom allows a direct downward beam while the corrugated layers filter light, producing a warm, diffused glow that emphasises the shade's texture. The pendant suspends from a single thin cord and the internal lamp produces a warm, amber-toned illumination when active.
