Flos Clessidra Wall Light, designed by Antonio Citterio, is a sculptural wall-washer that combines a distinctive hourglass form with technical performance. The fitting uses aluminium pressofusion construction and PMMA diffusers to deliver controlled up-and-down illumination suitable for outdoor wall-wash applications.

The design emphasises a waisted cylindrical silhouette that narrows at the centre and opens at both ends to create balanced direct and indirect light. It is available in Grey and Deep Brown; indoor versions are offered in white-painted or chrome-plated finishes while the outdoor variants use darker painted options.

Build quality is evident in the aluminium body and the aluminium wall attachment with a PA66 cover. The exterior is finished with a fine textured surface that reads as a seamless, monolithic form on the wall.

Light is produced through high-efficiency lenses engineered for this application; these lenses are non-replaceable and deliver a clear, architectural wall-wash both upwards and downwards. A wide-range 100–240V power pack is integrated into the body, simplifying site wiring while keeping the exterior clean.
