FAQs

Are the linen shades included with the chandelier?
No. The Hicks is sold as a fitting only. Shown linen shades (HIC26) are available to order separately and the fitting is compatible with bespoke Doreen shades.

What lamp type and maximum wattage does it use?
The fitting takes 8 x BC lamps, 40W max per lamp. Bulbs are not included; LED B22 bulbs such as BUL-B22-LED-3 are recommended and allow dimming when used with a suitable dimmer.

Is the hanging height adjustable?
Yes. The suspension includes a chain and is adjustable at installation with a supplied height range of 58108cm. An extra 50cm of cable is supplied and additional chain can be requested.

Can the chandelier be used in bathrooms or outdoors?
No. The chandelier has an IP20 rating and is intended for indoor, dry zones only.

Are there any delivery or access considerations?
This is an oversized item and may be delivered on a pallet. The fitting and its packaging may not fit through entryways less than 65cm wide, so please check access before ordering.
