The Dar Nakita Semi-Flush Ceiling Light from the Nakita range is a six-light surface-mounted fitting that pairs antique brass metalwork with clear, heavy-pressed glass shades. Designed as a semi-flush ceiling light, it gives broad ambient illumination while keeping a low 16cm profile suitable for lower ceilings in living rooms, dining rooms and bedrooms.

The design features six sinuous arms that spread the light across a 55cm diameter, each ending in a dimpled glass shade. The pressed glass has deep circular impressions — a 'bubble' texture that glistens when off and produces a subtle faceted pattern when lit. The fitting is available in Antique Brass and Polished Chrome finishes.

Shades are made from thick pressed glass and the metalwork is finished to complement the chosen finish. The overall fitting measures approximately H16 x Ø55cm; the fixing plate measures H3 x Ø10cm, giving a shallow, close-to-ceiling presence that suits rooms with reduced headroom.

Light is delivered through six downward-facing open-bottom shades, providing even ambient distribution. The Nakita accepts 6 x G9 lamps, maximum 40W each. LED G9 lamps are recommended (examples in warm 3000K or cool 4000K); a suitable listed LED option is BUL-G9-LED-6. The fitting is IP20 and intended for indoor, dry-zone use only.

Lamps are not included. The semi-flush mounting is straightforward but requires a suitably rated ceiling supply and compatible G9 lamp choices for any dimming. Warranty is 2 years standard, extended to 5 years with online registration.
