Backlit floating mirror

Mirror appears to float on wall with soft glow behind. Backlighting provides fill illumination to face while direct front lighting handles detail. The effect is both functional and spa-luxurious.

Medium Mid-Range
Approach Detail

Mount mirror on standoffs 3-5cm from wall. Install LED strip around back perimeter, facing wall. Wall should be light color to maximize reflection. Front face: add subtle vertical side strips or rely on ambient. 2700K behind, 3000K front if using both. Dimming on both circuits for scene flexibility.

Key Fixtures

Frameless mirror, standoff mounts, LED strip for halo, optional front illumination, dual-circuit dimming.

Designer Notes

Mirror as sculptural element. Capture the floating effect and soft halo. Guest face should be well-lit without visible source. Show the premium, designed quality. Natural materials (stone vanity) complementing glow.
