Mount asymmetric wall-wash fixtures 600-900mm from whiteboard wall, aimed to graze surface. Position so reflection angle falls above viewer eye height. 400-500 lux vertical on whiteboard surface. Use fixtures with good cutoff to prevent direct glare. For cameras, check reflection angle from camera position too.
