The design reads as an intersection of geometric lines: a tall, slender vertical stem rises from a low-profile circular base while a horizontal arm cantilevers at 90° to position the light. The diagonal, cylindrical light post and flat metal disk above the globe create a balanced, mid-century modern profile.

Finished in burnished brass with a frosted white glass globe, the lamp is composed of metal components and a spherical glass diffuser. The thin, flat circular disk above the globe acts as a minimalist shade and a visual counterpoint to the globe.

The frosted glass globe diffuses light evenly to reduce glare, while the cantilevered arm lets the lamp sit to the side and project light over a chair or table for reading or ambient layering. The weighted circular base provides stability for the tall, thin-profile frame.
