STORY

Dar Easel Floor Lamp is a tripod floor lamp base from Dar, shown here with the PYR182 linen drum shade. This listing is for the base only; the shade and bulb are not included. The lamp is intended for indoor use in living areas, offices and bedrooms.

The design takes cues from surveyor tripods and artist easels, combining tapered dark wooden legs with contrasting antique brass-toned hardware for a mid-century modern or transitional look. The tripod form gives a wide, stable footprint while keeping a refined profile.

Construction features three tapering wooden legs joined by a horizontal metal spreader bar and a central vertical metal pole that carries the lamp holder. Metal knurled screws at the upper leg sections indicate adjustable height and secure locking at installation.

Light is provided via a single bulb (not supplied): accepts 1 x ES (E27) GLS, 60W max; we recommend the BUL-E27-LED-17 LED replacement. The lamp is shown with a plain white cylindrical shade (PYR182 recommended) and is operated by a foot switch for convenient on/off control. The fitting has an IP20 rating for indoor environments.

At installation the height is adjustable at the leg fittings, approximately 96–150 cm overall. This product is supplied as a base only; no lampshade, bulb, transformer or driver is included. Warranty is 2 years standard, extended to 5 years with online registration.
