The Visual Comfort Valencia Chandelier by Aerin Lauder is a three-arm ceiling chandelier combining a polished nickel metal frame with opal (frosted) glass shades, designed to provide balanced ambient illumination across a broad horizontal span for dining tables and kitchen islands.

The design reads deliberately modern: exceptionally thin, blade-like horizontal arms extend from a central cylindrical hub in three-fold symmetry. The contrast between sharp geometric metalwork and soft, rounded glass creates a calm, considered presence over a table or island. The Valencia is offered in the nominated designer finish of polished nickel.

Constructed from metal and glass, the frame supports shallow, bowl-shaped opal glass diffusers that are secured with visible shade fixings. The frosted appearance of the glass is intended to diffuse light evenly and reduce direct glare while retaining clarity of form in the room.

Light is delivered from three distributed sources to create an even ambient layer across a wide surface. The chandelier's horizontal orientation and low-profile shades make it well suited to task-adjacent ambient use above dining and preparation areas where even, soft light is required. The segmented vertical stem allows the hanging height to be tailored during installation.
