STORY

The Visual Comfort Rigby Chandelier by Marie Flanigan is a suspension chandelier designed for interior overhead lighting. Part of the Rigby series, it combines an architectural, linear form with refined detailing and is intended for ambient and task illumination in domestic or commercial interiors.

The design centres on a central rod assembly with bi-tonal arms that extend outward and curve upward to support four conical linen shades. The fixture is offered in Polished Nickel and Ebony or Soft Brass and Natural Oak, and the fabric shades are trimmed with matching polished metal bands.

Constructed from metal with off-white linen shades, the chandelier is suspended from a tiered ceiling canopy by a link chain and finished with polished metal detailing. The chain allows the hanging height to be adjusted at installation to suit ceiling height and table scale.

The linen shades diffuse light to soften output and reduce direct bulb glare, making the Rigby chandelier suited to dining tables and kitchen islands where balanced ambient and task light is required. The product is rated IP20 for indoor use.
