STORY

The Visual Comfort Pedra Medium Chandelier, designed by Kelly Wearstler, is a three-light ceiling fixture that combines a warm bronze metal frame with translucent alabaster shades. Its measured proportions suit living rooms, dining areas and bedrooms where a considered ambient layer is required.

The design balances a rigid central stem with a curved U-shaped arm to create an open, geometric silhouette. The fitting is supplied in a warm bronze finish and is also available in Polished Nickel, allowing straightforward coordination with different interior schemes.

Construction pairs a metal frame and circular ceiling canopy with three hemispherical shades carved from natural alabaster. Alabaster is a natural stone and each shade will show unique veining and subtle colour variation; these variations are part of the material's character.

Light is delivered through dedicated integrated LEDs rated at 18W and producing approximately 1,300 lumens, providing soft, even ambient illumination through the alabaster diffusers. The chandelier is suspended by a chain that allows the hanging height to be adjusted during installation, helping achieve the correct proportion over a table or in a seating area.

Technical details: overall height 73cm, width 54.6cm, canopy 11.4cm round, chain length approximately 6' and weight 5 kg. The fitting is Class I and requires earthing; IP20 rating makes it suitable for interior dry zones.
