STORY

The Visual Comfort Pedra Two-Tier Chandelier, designed by Kelly Wearstler, is a sculptural ceiling light that pairs a linear metal stem with sweeping U-shaped arms and domed alabaster shades. Its two-tier arrangement gives a layered silhouette that suits contemporary interiors and formal rooms.

The design balances clean metal lines with organic stone texture. The Pedra is offered in Antique-Burnished Brass, Bronze and Polished Nickel, allowing the chandelier to read warm or neutral depending on your scheme.

Construction combines a central metal rod and sweeping curved arms that support six semi-spherical alabaster shades. The natural veining of the alabaster provides subtle variation between shades, contrasting the uniform metal finish.

Light is delivered from six individual points: four at the ends of the curved arms and two mounted on the central axis. The domed alabaster shades act as diffusers to produce a soft, even ambient glow while shielding bulbs from direct view. The suspension uses a circular canopy, chain and central rod so the drop can be adapted to different ceiling heights.
