STORY

The Visual Comfort Ori Flush Ceiling Light, from the Ori range designed by Kelly Wearstler, is a compact flush-mounted ceiling fitting by Visual Comfort. Its sculptural, multi-faceted form reads as modern architectural jewellery and is intended for indoor spaces such as bedrooms and living rooms.

The design uses an inverted-pyramid, origami-like geometry with a central downward point and four angular, wing-like facets that catch and reflect light. It is available in Polished Nickel, Bronze and Antique-Burnished Brass to suit a range of interior palettes.

Construction combines a metal frame with clear lined glass panels; the textured glass features fine parallel ribs that break the beam into a patterned glow. The product is a considered alternative to conventional bowl or drum flush mounts when a more sculptural presence is required.

Light is delivered by a dedicated LED light source rated at 18W producing approximately 1650lm, producing ambient illumination with controlled diffusion from the lined glass. The multi-angled metal facets help direct and reflect light to create balance, soft shadows and a sense of warmth in a room.

Technical notes: overall height 16.5cm, width 43.2cm and weight 2.7 kg. The fixture is Class I with an IP20 rating and is intended for indoor ceiling installation as a flush mount. The fitting uses a dedicated LED; confirm dimming and driver details with your installer or our project team if required.
